We offer our videos in industry standard MPEG 4 Part 10 encoding (also known as H.264). This video encoding can be played in the latest versions of Apple QuickTime and many other players. You can also watch our videos via an online streaming player that uses Adobe Flash 9.
In order to play our videos you will need software installed that can decode this industry standard codec. For a list of known players see below.

If you are running Windows XP, Vista, or Mac OS 10.5, we highly suggest using Quicktime to play our downloadable video library. If Quicktime is not your cup of tea, VLC is also strongly reccomended.
H.264 is a modern codec that offers some of the best open-standard compression on the market. This newer codec was adopted by the BlueRay and HD-DVD standards for delivering the best quality video to High Definition television sets. It offers better quality, vivid color, and smaller download size than any previous compression format on the market. The format is beautifully supported by Quicktime 7, but since it's developed in an open-committee anyone can develop a H.264 player. This means that as time marches on there should be almost universal support for this codec in your favorite media players.
The H.264 codec is supported by iPod, PSP and many mobile devices. It is also expected to supplant the popular MPEG2 format in it's universal playability. It's a "future-friendly" codec that will be playable for many many years to come.
Yes, in side-by-side testing at our offices we found H.264 to be noticeably clearer and have better color quality than previous encodings we have used. The clearer videos make our former codecs pale in comparison. Additionally, the new encoding gives us smaller file sizes so that our videos can be downloaded quicker!
No, not natively. There are some plug-ins you can purchase for playing H.264 video in WMP but we no longer support Windows Media Player at all. Our customers have had continuous problems working with Windows Media Player in the past, and thus we no longer suggest using WMP for daily video playing usage.
Easy! First you need to download the "Good" quality video to your local hard disk. Then, find the file and drag-and-drop it into the iTunes window. iTunes will add the video to your library and then you can sync the video with your video iPod, iPhone, or iPod Touch. Please note: that the larger "Best" quality videos are too high quality for iPods and iPhones, you must download the "Good" quality. Additionally, streaming to iPhones and iPod Touch inside the mobile Safari browser is not supported by the iPhone/iPod operating system.

As of July 30, 2010, the BoyCrush website currently has 473 full-length exclusive DVD-quality videos in its content library, with the latest video posted on July 27, 2010. We publish two new videos every week. Every tuesday we upload a solo video, and every friday we add a hardcore video.
As of September 1st 2008, the BoyCrush website had over 50 hours of footage in its content library, so the average video length is about 18 minutes. We add two exclusive full-length DVD-quality videos every week.
We recommend a broadband internet connection and a Macintosh or PC running a processor at 1.5GHZ or faster.
Yes! Macintoshes come natively with Quicktime 7 and can easily play our entire video library. We support Macs running Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger, and 10.5 Leopard. If you need help getting things working on your Macintosh, send us an email!
Kinda. If your running Linux I'm sure you already know a few things about computers, and playing video on your system. We do not offer technical support for Linux computers, but we do know of several Linux software packages that will play our entire video library.

Our website is optimized for a broadband connections, so you will need to keep in mind that video files are large in size and may take a long time to download. Outside of that, Dial-up users should be able to use all of our features, but we wouldn't reccomend it.
Our servers are maintained to offer transfer rates above 100kbps for downloads at all times. Different factors affect transfer rates, but we work hard to load-balance and increase server capacity to allow for our growing membership base. We strive to keep our architecture oversize for current needs, so that our customers never notice any decrease in speed, even during high traffic volume.
BoyCrush.com makes use of password security monitoring software. This software watches for multiple simultaneous logins from different computers to flag hacked passwords. If your password is hacked, your account will be placed on hold. If this happens please email support@boycrush.com so that your password can be changed and you can regain access. Securing your account is your responsibility, do not share your password with anyone. If you would like tips on creating a secure password please see below.
When selecting a secure password try to avoid simple words and names. Try not to use dictionary words, or passwords that contain all numbers. Use as many special characters, letters, and numbers combined in a seemingly random way as you can remember. To make it easier to remember, tie your password to a phrase or song lyric. For instance, "Hail, hail the lucky ones, I refer to those in love" could become "H,hTL0,IR2t1L." Notice how the commas were retained, and some of the letters were replaced with similar numbers. If you would like more information, try a Google search for "good password tips."
First, check that your capitalizing both your username and password correctly. Bob, BOB, bOB, and bob are four different usernames and will be treated as such by our security software. Check your welcome email for the proper capitalization of both your username and your password. Multiple incorrect tries will disable your password for about an hour or two, so if you get panicky you might be locked out even with correct login information.
Easy! You just need to look up your billing account at our billing processor. If you signed up after July of 2008, your billing processor is Epoch. If you signed up before July of 2008 your processor is CCBill. Your password will be listed in thier respective account databases.

Yes, we do offer limited technical support via email only. You can contact us via email at support@boycrush.com. An automated reply will be sent to you confirming receipt of your email. Our customer support representatives will work diligently to address your queries within 48 hours.
Many email programs place our emails in your spam folder or directly in the trash. BoyCrush.com is registered as a pornographic website and many spam filters automatically dispose of our emails. Be sure to check your settings, and watch for our emails in your spam box.
When we receive your email, we dispatch support requests immediately via mobile pagers to our support staff. Then, you are sent an automated receipt. Although our staff may not be in front of a computer 24/7, rest assured as they are always on-call. We make every effort to address your queries within 48 hours, often much sooner, however on national and religious holidays response times may be longer.
